TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TERM FEES

1. Structure of Terms: MGHHDA consists of four terms. Each student will be charged for their respective class or crew per term. Parents and guardians should ensure they can afford four payments per year for each class or crew their child/dancer participates in.

2. Late Enrollment Policy: Discounts will not be granted to students who start classes late or in the middle of a term.

3. Resignation Notice: Resignation letters must be submitted to the Mario Gomes Hip Hop Dance Academy at least one month before the term ends via email. Outstanding dance term fees for the specific term are still applicable.

4. Payment Method: No cash or card payments are accepted; only electronic funds transfer (EFT) is permitted.

5. Consequences of Non-Payment: Students or parents who do not pay their term fees before the start of each term will result in the termination of the dancer's classes until the account is brought up to date.

6. Invoices and Statements: Please review monthly invoices and statements sent to you.

7. Late Fee: A late fee of R150 will be charged per month per crew for overdue accounts.

8. Payment Instructions: All payments should be made to the Mario Gomes Hip Hop Dance Academy FNB account, as detailed on every invoice or statement.

9. Invoicing Schedule: Dancers will receive an invoice one month before the start of each new term, along with an email notification.

10. Proof of Payment: Retain all EFT payment confirmations for your records in case any issues arise.

11. Reference Information: Use the dancer's reference number, found in red at the bottom of your invoice, when making payments to the academy's bank account.

12. Debt Collection: Overdue accounts may be referred to the MGHHDA legal team for collection, with legal fees and collection costs being the responsibility of the account holder, not MGHHDA.

13. Excluded Costs: Term fees do not cover competition entry fees, exam entry fees, transportation, food, refreshments, clothing, studio uniforms, show outfits, accommodation, or medical expenses. All additional costs will be charged to the dancer's account, and parents/guardians will receive notifications for each invoice or charge.

14. Private Lessons: Private lessons must be pre-booked via cash, card, or EFT payment directly with the specific dance teacher. Payment for private lessons should be made to the dance teacher's bank account. Cancellations of private lessons must occur 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full cash refund.
